How much does it cost to get wireless internet installed?
The total cost to get started is just the 1st Month of Service. That’s it! No hidden fees with WMTel.net.
Is there a term contract to sign up for internet with WMTel?
No. We do not require contracts. You pay by the month so you don’t have to worry about getting out of a contract if life throws you a curveball.
Does WMTel offer TV services?
WMTel’s fast internet service allows customers to “cut the cord” and potentially save hundreds of dollars per year compared to subscribing to traditional TV services. Streaming TV through WMTel’s fast internet service allows customers to subscribe to video more aligned with their viewing habits. Customers can choose Hulu, Netflix, YouTubeTV, Sling, fuboTV, and many other options for their TV viewing. Some options provide local/network channels. Customers can also choose to purchase an antenna to pick up those channels.
What if I want to use my own wireless router? Is that allowed?
You can absolutely use your own wireless router. As long our technician can just plug it into our equipment, there is no charge. If it needs to be configured or set up completely, there will be a $60 charge, The technician will inform you of this beforehand.
Where is your tech support located?
We do tech support differently than a lot of companies. If you call in after hours and leave a message one of our techs, based here in Woolstock, will look at your connection. Next, they will call you back to troubleshoot or to schedule you for the next business day. That’s right, if we need to send a tech out, it will most likely be the next business day. No waiting weeks for someone to come from out of the area.
