If you don’t remember your password, please click on the “forgot my password” link and you will be emailed a link to reset it.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is changing?

WMTel will be moving from its legacy billing and payment system to the Paymentus billing and payment system. This migration will enable you to pay your bill using a variety of new payment methods. The new system will be live on Feb 25th, 2025.

Will I need to set up a new account?

Any existing online billing accounts created on or before Feb 24th will be moved over and will have the same credentials as you have now. If you don’t have an online billing account set up prior to the 25th, you will need to create a new one.

What payment methods and payment options are available?

Customers can pay their bill in a number of ways including credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, and Discover), PayPal, PayPal Credit, Venmo, Apple Pay and Google Pay digital wallets, and ACH/eCheck. You can also sign up for automated payments through AutoPay.

Will I need to enroll in AutoPay if I am already enrolled?

All AutoPay customers will automatically have their information transferred to the new system. No actions are needed.

How do I enroll in AutoPay?

You can enroll in AutoPay within the new Customer Portal. Complete your enrollment by registering within the Customer Portal, and then by“AutoPay” in the left-hand navigation bar. Select “Add Schedule” to schedule your payment. You can also edit payment information by clicking “Accounts” in the left-hand navigation bar, and then select “AutoPay.”

Where do I find my new bill?

Your new bill will be located using the same URL as the previous bill by clicking the link on the top of this page.

How does WMTel ensure payments, payment information and personal information is secure?

The Woolstock Mutual Telephone Association (WMTel) is located in Woolstock, Iowa, a small  rural community on the southern edge of Wright County. Woolstock has the distinction of being the only city in the United States with the name of Woolstock and the birthplace of George Reeves of the fame 1950’s Superman.
